I have known Jessica since our move from California to Arizona in 2020.
I have an adult daughter with special needs. The availability of resources
and benefits for my daughter was a huge unknown for me.
It all changed when I met Jessica. She was like a book of knowledge
that showed me that there was light at the end of the tunnel.
Jessica provided me with valuable contact information while explaining the
services offered. She guided me with applying for ALTCS and DDD.
We had several case managers in a short period of time. I talked to Jessica
about case managers. She told me the person that she dealt with. I requested
that same case manager and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter now has a
wonderful case manager. We look forward to our 90 day follow up visits.
